These terms govern our services to ensure a clear and seamless relationship with you.

      1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to Kiouni’s services: guided tours and excursions in Toulouse and Occitanie, including collaborations with partners (restaurants, bars, transportation providers) and photography services.

      2. Services Offered
Kiouni offers guided tours and excursions in the Toulouse region and throughout Occitanie, with options that include stops at our partners’ locations or transportation services. Some packages include photographs taken during the activities, printed and delivered by a partner. Making a reservation implies acceptance of these GTC.

      3. Rates and Payment
Rates, listed in euros and inclusive of all taxes, are indicated on our website. Payment can be made online via WooCommerce (by credit card or other available methods) or in cash on the day of the service. In the event of cancellation by Kiouni, a full refund will be issued within 7 days via bank transfer or through the payment method used.

      4. Booking and Cancellation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You may cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. After this time, no refund is possible, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness with supporting documentation), in which case a credit may be offered at Kiouni’s discretion. Booking changes are possible subject to availability.

      5. Liability
Kiouni is committed to providing quality services. However, we cannot be held liable for:

        • Disruptions related to external or partner transportation.
        • Cases of force majeure.
